Panama City!!!! I used to spring break down there and Fort Walton, Destin area. Damn those beaches are beautiful.
hello,
that whole region is beautiful. course, it IS florida. it is one big giant beach.
a very very nice beach!
thanks
just curious does any one else refer to this aall as T-rex arms....if not you should because its funny
hello,
luciferz28? aall? what is this?
would gladly think it is funny if it were understood!!
hahahahahaha??
thanks
hello,
well, if you are ever back in that area, his would be a good place to train.
where you training now? maybe your crew could have him out for a seminar. it would give you a feel for what he teaches, and then if you visit him later, you will be familiar with his program.
have fun with it!!
thanks
hello,
omaplata is correct. tight. but not bunching.
thanks.
yes underdog is correct. If you extend your arms then they may get broken.
hello,
and broken is bad, yes? yes.
thanks to underdog and kibuninc.after reading this, rewatched several fights, and noticed how tight elbows often are. never noticed that before.
thanks.
It may have fallen victim to the ever growing OTM site. Sherdog here we come!!!!!!!!
worldwidegrappling.com??
hello,
good point kibuninc! perhaps conan the barbarian got it wrong?
the three greatest things in life:
crush your enemies
see them driven before you

hahahahaha!!!
Keep your enimes close, keep your elbows closer. hahahahaha!!!!!
It was down for scheduled maintenance. It's back up now. That's Sambosteve's site. Stephen Koepfer. He's the President of the American Sambo Association and has out several dvd instructionals. He's likely registered here as he's the guy who posts most of the Sambo related material I've seen on the internets ... Sherdog, The Underground, maxfighting ... everywhere.
hello,
thanks to shaolinbushido. everybody, if you have not "met" him, shaolinbushido is very very cool. only known through worldwidegrappling.com, but has been very helpful and encouraging. posts are always positive even when critical. definitely not a "gasbag" or "stupid".
thanks.

hello,
underdog? elbows closer? this is clearly a grappling reference, but the meaning is unknown. what is this?
thanks.
lorenzodamarith- Take a guess at what the person grappling you does if your arms are just flailing around willy nilly?........Keep your elbows in and close to your boldy.....makes it easer to make a space and escape the guard or roll the person off you....gives you a tight game- remember to keep your elbows in.
hello,
underdog. go it.
thanks.
