    it is a muaythai fighter highlight reel/ history lesson. it is cool stuff. not grappling, so figured it is not on the mat. hence put it here.

    Thats cool but on the mat section is in reference to the techniques or fights. Off the mat is usually things that happen outside of the fihgting.
