    Garth is OTM OG!

And OTM and Crossfit go way, way back, from the beginnings for both of us. Check out the DVD Scar Tissue (which inceidentally should be back in the shopping cart very soon) for a Crossfit workout and interview with Garth, BJ Penn, Tony DeSouza and Cabbage!

Scotty was a pretty avid and trained with GReg Glassman himself for awhile. Before Scotty was infamous for puking at every tournament he ever entered, but after Crossfit he got stamina for days!

Gumby and or Scotty, maybe you can provide a little more insight into a question I asked a few weeks ago. How does someone, i.e. how did Scotty, combine crossfit with Jiu-Jitsu? Did he/you do it everyday with one day off from crossfit a week like they prescribe in their workout of the day. Or, did he/you just do crossfit a few times a week, like 3 days or something. I guess what I am getting at is; how does one go about combining crossfit with Jiu-Jitsu?

    hello,

ah poor poor barr45. that is top secret. scotty could tell you, but then he'd have to go hunt cougars without you.

is this a risk you are willing to take? or course not.

now apologize for your espionage attempt.

    hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!

    thanks
