Why is it that I can go roll for an hour and a half or lift or run or whatever and suffer no injuries but I go to work and the dumbest little things cause you to pull a muscle.
I pulled a hammy tripping over a flower planter on a call last night and it is killing me.
I dont want to stop training. Aside from ice and motrin anyone got any advise on how to hurry this along.
