pulled muscle

    Why is it that I can go roll for an hour and a half or lift or run or whatever and suffer no injuries but I go to work and the dumbest little things cause you to pull a muscle.

    I pulled a hammy tripping over a flower planter on a call last night and it is killing me.

    I dont want to stop training. Aside from ice and motrin anyone got any advise on how to hurry this along.

    Hey you injure yourself at work because you know it is covered. :D Just like you said ice it and take motrin but also try lightly streching it and a massage.
