Need GRAPPLERS for AUG 25 HOOTERS event in Hickory, NC

7pm~10pm @ HOOTERS in Hickory, NC
This will be an excellent event in front of a live crowd on the same night as UFC PPV "Respect". After the live grappling event we can all sit back and enjoy the UFC on TV.
NO ENTRY FEE!!
Grapplers of all wieght classes are welcome!
This fight card will consist of 8~12 preset matches.
Anyone wanting to test your skills should contact

Rules will be similar to the official "TAP FACTOR" rules.
These matches probably all be NO-GI. Other than that the rules will be based upon skill level. Novice,
intermediate, advanced, etc. But all matches will be
amatuer of course.
Some of the more advanced main card matches will be 3x3minute rounds, with the MOST submissions
scored winning. That way there is constant action with no quick endings.
Other matches will be ran strictly TAP FACTOR tournament style with the match being one round only(length of fight based off of skill level) and positiontakedown/etc points being awarded and the winner being declared by first submission or points at the end of regulation time.
Since we are trying to present a variety of matches and styles to the public we have the ability to squeeze in a lot of different styles/skill levels/sizes/genders/ages/etc.
SO YES! I will be looking at putting together a youth match and a women's match. I just want to surprise and educate the crowd as to what sport Grappling can be.
We will announce the official fight card AUG 18th.
