Ufc 75

These are my fight predictions, I just wanted to add how stupid the promoting has been. OK, yeah, it's the UFC Champ Vs. the Pride FC Champ, but they keep saying UFC Vs Pride and all I can think is that it's really more like Pride Vs Pride since Jackson made his name fighting in Pride and has had just two fights in the UFC. Anyways, I think it's a real shame that Zuffa is getting rid of Pride, but it's no shocker. I figured this would happen as soon as I heard they bought it.

Dan Henderson vs. Quinton Jackson - Henderson

Michael Bisping vs. Matt Hamill - Hamill

Mirko "CroCop" Filipovic vs. Cheick Kongo - Cro Cop

Houston Alexander vs. Alessio Sakara - Alexander

Thiago Silva vs. Tomasz Drwal -Silva

Marcus Davis vs. Paul Taylor - Davis

Gleison Tibau vs. Terry Etim - Etim

Anthony Torres vs. Jess Liaudin - Torres

Dennis Siver vs. Naoyuki Kotani - Siver

It's true that Rampage has more fights in Pride, but he never held any belts in Japan. Whereas he KO'd the UFC golden boy (Liddell) for the UFC title in the UFC, which marked his highest level of success in the sport. More importantly, Rampage along with Herring (CroCop went straight to the UFC) willingly left Pride for the WFA and vocalized their alliance with the UFC (after the WFA buyout), months before Zuffa bought Pride and long before Henderson had even won the Pride 205 pound belt from Wanderlei.

P.S. - Posting your predicitons at 2:44 pm PST doesn't count. UFC 75 ended at around 2:30 pm PST! ;)

I agree, they came over before the buy out which I suppose technically makes them UFC guys, but to me, those guys will always be Pride fighters. It's how I first saw them and it's how I'll remember them, but yeah, they did leave Pride on their own.

As far as my picks, scout's honor :D . Actually, I forgot all about the time delay, if I would've remembered that I suppose I could've been more accurate.
