Bought my first GI

    Mon, 2008-01-28 11:07 — tonynoriega

So it took about two weeks of research and i finally bought my first Gi.

I decided to get a Fuji Single Weave - white on white.

Against Gazzy's advice, i chose this one becuase of price, and many threads i read about its quality and performance.

Made by the same folks as the Isami and Mizuno Judo Kimonos, i thought it was a good choice.

Gi plus belt and shipping $91. Cant beat that as a first timer...maybe as i progress, illl get another one of higher caliber, but at my budget, i will have to wait for that.

I will try to post some pics when it arrives (Thurs. hopefully) and describe my insight about it..... although as a newbie to formal training i dont have any comparisons...
