5 most important sweeps/reversals from 5 important positions?

    Sun, 2008-02-03 19:12 — pete_the_greek

for jiu jitsu. Ok since there are so many, what do you guys feel are the 5 essentials that are a must. I know there are many different styles so I am just seeing whats out there. please list one from full, 1/2, hooks, and open and also and that just come outta nowhere like something you would see a little guy in pride do every once and a while.

Just something to keep everybody sharp. Please no repeats

    Pete The Greek

Kimura attack to sweep from full guard

omoplata to footlock to reversal open guard

pendulum from closed guard when guy lifts leg

    armdrag from beach/hooks guard

single leg from 1/2 guard when defended go under and roll him opposite way

    ???????????????????????????????????????

basic butterfly sweep. getting out to one side with and underhook and opposite arm control rolling to your side and pushing on the mat with the free leg to get more oomph.

grab both ankles and push on hips sweep when your opponent stands to break your closed guard.

when opponent stands in your guard cross grip on sleeve and same side ankle control with foot on hip and other foot behind knee push and sit up sweep.

up in base push on neck and knee pick from buttrfly guard

basic scissor sweep then if opponent bases good push on knee with foot.

sorry i dont have names for moves i just know how to do them.
