    that is a nice armbar. for a second there I thought you were talking about the lame armbar from elite XC where Kyle was armbared by a wrestler. that was the lamest armbar I had ever seen. This one is how you do it.

    Man that was a beautiful armbar.

    Yeah Wayne Cole's armbar on Kyle was awful looking, but Kyles defense wasn't much to look at either.
