Hey guys I wanted to get your opinion on the Video Cast I did the other day. I know it still needs a lot of work but I wanted to see if that was something that you enjoyed or not. If you havent seen it, it is at http://www.onthemat.com/video/video/773/On-The-Mat-VideoCast The idea is to get more people to submit video content to the video portion of the site.
