Most of our products ship with in 24 hours of receiving your order. Please allow a day before trying to track your order. If it has been 24 hours and your order still is not showing in our system it could be one of the following reasons: back order they product might be on back order, it might be a drop ship item meaning it is being shipped by the manufacture and not OTM, or if your are outside the North America or in Mexico we do not offer online package tracking.
