Ok this last week I suffered two injuries while rolling. I need advice on how to heal them.
First one is a wrist injury. I injured the inside of my wrist by my thumb, but the injury is not thumb related. My thumb is ok but my wrist hurts so much I can not even shrimp out of a mount.
The second injury I have no idea whats up. I have lost strenght to my left arm. I can weight lift fine using as much wieght as before the injury, but soon as I put any twist on my arm and try to use it I have almost no strenght. It does not hurt but instead feels extremely weak. Both injuries happened in one week and now I am getting owned on the ground because I am rolling without full use of my arms.
Maybe it is because I am 41 and just real old but this came on quick. Any good advice is greatly appreciated.
