I've done some searches in the forum but can only find a few topics about this. I recently started BJJ and would really like to avoid cauli ears. I train 2-3 times a week for about an hour at a time and I don't have plans on going really competitive with it. Other than resorting to ear guards, is there anyway to avoid them? Also, will I even get them seeing how I don't train as much as other people who have them?
