I just wated to say hello, and talk about what has been a great training week.
1st the head instructor at my school hired a new black belt and training with him has been great and has already lifted my game.
2nd I got the JJ Cook book video (from here) and i was really pretty impressed. it's all simple easy to follow and yet really helpful to me.
3rd i got a new weights program more focused on functional strength and i am more sore than i have been in months, and that is always good right?
All in all just a good grappling week for me. hope it was the same for all of you!
