Okay Marshall I have a question for ya. I live in SoCal in an okay city. But I live in a horrible apartment complex (alot of drugs, drinking, partying every night, illegal immigrants). I have a question of when should I call the police? If people are playing their music extremely loud from 10pm-3am if I make a call to the police (I call their non-emergency line) they either don't come by or by the time they come (hours later) the music is off and they have moved the party inside. Should I call the police when they are doing these things or should I just look the other way and let it go figuring I wont be living in this place for long?
