Amman Jordan- His Majesty King Abdallah II attended the first Army Jiu-Jitsu graduation of 40 of its members. The celebration was held in one of the Army bases in the northern part of Jordan. All 40 army members recieved blue belts and 10 were awarded instructors certificates for army training course. The program designed by Jordanian Armed Forces Consultant, Black Belt Zaid Mirza, and consisted of 5 hours of daily training for a period of 10 months. His Majesty King Abdallah was very pleased and impressed with the accomplishment and dedication of the group which also held a 20 minute demonstration of the gentle art showcasing its effectivness in different conditions. Approximately 3000 army members attended the festival which was the headline news in alll major TVs and Newspapers.
