30years of Karate, TKD, and traditional Martial Arts. 19 years of Judo, began BJJ in 1997 and joined the Relson Gracie JJ Academy in 2002 in Columbus, Ohio. In 2010 I joined Carlson Gracie Team. I have competed and taught in Europe, Mexico, and the UK. Owner and Founder of Ghost Team Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
