About Me:

Hello my name is Lorraine and I'm a proud mom, schoolteacher, and BJJ competitor. My weight ranges from 119-122 at times; my height is 5'3.  I started training about two and a half months ago. I've been to five tournaments so far.
In my First tournament I received two-second place medals at NJSBJJF. At my second tournament I received two first place medals at Grapplers Quest. Continuing to my third tournament at  Central PA Warrior Challenge leaving me at another first place trophy award. My fourth tournament was at Great Adventures first time outdoor tourney...wow were those mats hot! I receive my first, and hopefully last third place medal against two people over my weight bracket one being a 195 ponder because they didn't have anyone else at my division, lol it was fun. I never let a challenge faze me. In fact, I enjoy testing my limits. Lastly, my latest tournament was at the BJJF by Scranton PA. I received a first place medal against a blue belt. I intend to continue entering challenges, and reaching my goals in BJJ. I love it... and it tames me. At some point in the future I hope to enter MMA cage fighting.
