About Me:

My Name Ruy Menezes, I am a black belt 3rd degree of Jiu-Jitsu.
I was a student of Grand Master Carlson Gracie, I was competitive Carlson Gracie Academy for 8 years, then trained at the Academy Brazilian Top Team.
I am currently coaching in China Top Team in Beijing, China.
I am one of the founders of China's Top Team, the name given by me.
 
Our team has some names in MMA in Asia.
Zhang Tiequan, UFC fighter and my brown belt in BJJ.
Li Jing Liang, LegendFC fighter.
Yao Honggang, LegendFC 61kg Champion.
Wang Sai, LegendFC Fighter.
Li Wen Bo, the only Chinese heavyweight MMA fighter in China.
