About Me:

I am a 37 year old male born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I am a Strength & Condtioning Coach, RKC (Russian Kettlebell Challenge) Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist, Level I CrossFit Coach, and Olympic Weightlifting Coach. I am a student and fan of the martial arts and mixed martial arts. I love the combat sports boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and the contact sports like rugby and football. I am the owner of Westside Fitness in Makaha, and  am currently residing on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I have a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Chris Lisciandro (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Club) and train Muay Thai and MMA with Edwards MMA. I am also the Strength & Conditioning coach for Tasi "The Tyrant" Edwards, brother Eric "The Executioner" Edwards, and Team Edwards MMA.
