Since its grand opening in the Spring of 2010, Dynamix MMA Academy has been the spot for world class instruction taught by some of the best instructors in the business. With Rickson Gracie black belt Henry Akins teaching the Brazilian jiu-jitsu classes and UFC Heavyweight Contender Antoni Hardonk teaching the Kickboxing classes, its hard to believe that their academy could get any better, but it just did. Judo which ranked the second most popular sport in the world is a martial art discipline that was created in 1882 by Dr. Kano Jigoro. Its most prominent feature when it comes to its competitive element is to throw or take your opponent down to the mat. This form of martial arts is widely practice all around the world and is apart of the Olympics.
Ronda Rousey is the new judo instructor here at Dynamix MMA academy. She is amongst the elite Judoka ( judo players) in the world who brings with her years of experience with her to the program. She has placed in many high prestige judo tournaments and has made history as being the youngest female at the age of 17 year old to compete and place in judo at the Olympics.
So it gives me great pleasure to introduce you to the new Judo instructor here at Dynamix MMA Ronda Rousey.
