Cross Guard

The Cross Guard is a guard formation where one has his arms and legs around the side of his opponent's body. This allows the guard player access to his oppenents back and other options to submit his opponent, such as chokes and armlocks. Cobra Kai's Sean Spangler is known for utilizing the Cross Guard in his string of Grappler's Quest victories.
