Writing Style & Tone
When writing or editing contributions, please try to keep the tone as neutral as possible - write as an informed observer of the sport might (without bias). Try to seperate what is recorded fact (with references and citations if possible) from hearsay or internet gossip.

Formatting To make you contibutions look tiday and make them easy to read, think about formatting them.

For line breaks, use <br>
If you mention someone in your article who has their own Wiki entry, or whom ou think should have a Wiki entry, wrap their name like this [[Name Here]] Try to make sure you are using the exact spelling of their Wiki page
If you want to link to someone's wiki, but you don't want to have to use their whole name in the article, use the following syntax [[Wiki Name Here|Name]] For example: [[Roberto_de_Moraes_'Risada'_Atalla|Roberto]] will appear as Roberto rather than having to use Roberto_de_Moraes_'Risada'_Atalla

Brazilian Names!
Brazilian names can be a bit tricky (espeically the nicknames) if you write a Brazilian name in your Wiki contribution, please check a couple of things:

Use the same spelling as in the List of BJJ Black Belts
For consistency, please put the nickname in inverted commas (e.g. Braulio 'Carcara' Estima rather than Braulio "Carcara" Estima).
