Future Fights UFC on Fox 15: Winners
Luke Rockhold vs. Champion
Rockhold has a win over Jacare plain and simple. While Jacare has not had a loss in a longer span, he still has a loss to the former Strikeforce fighter. That along with his destruction of Machida makes him deserve a shot at the belt.
Jacare vs. Loser of Title Fight
Jacare is second in line but will need something to do in the meantime. Baring an injury to someone between now and the potential Rockhold fight, he can be tided over with a fight against the loser of Belfort versus Weidman.
Max Holloway vs. Chad Mendes
Holloway did not give Swanson an inch and cemented himself as one of the best at 145. He will now rocket to the top five, but the division is chock full or fighters who deserve a title shot. Holloway should be paired off with Mendes. If he can beat a former two time title challenger with excellent ground skills he will show that he really deserves a title shot over everyone else.
Paige VanZant vs. Maryna Moroz
These two both were really impressive in their last fights but both have a serious lack of experience. They can fight against each other to see who can come out with a win and gain a little more experience before facing off with the top contenders at Strawweight.
Beneil Dariush vs. Jorge Masvidal
Dariush came through huge in his fight with former top contender Jim Miller. Masvidal was robbed, many believe, in his last fight with Al Iaquinta. Both are looking to continue to climb the ladder and this should be an interesting fight for the fighters and the fans.
OSP vs. Jimi Manuwa
OSP earned another big knockout over a tough guy in Patrick Cummins. He now sits at 5-1 in the UFC with his last loss to Ryan Bader. Manuwa also has a great record in the Octagon with his only loss coming to a top contender as well. Only one deserves to break into the top five, so let them face off with each other to see who wants it more.
Future Fights UFC on Fox 15: Losers
Lyoto Machida vs. Tim Kennedy
Machida probably had his worse loss since the Jon Jones fight and even in that fight he had his moments. Kennedy complained tremendously after his loss to Romero, but he is still a good fighter who needs to be lured back into fighting. He has said he is not interested in any fights recently and this fight would have to interest him.
Cub Swanson vs. Clay Guida
Swanson has now lost two in a row after winning six in a row. He still has a chance to make a run to the top at only the age of 31, but he needs to rebuild himself after losing to a veteran and an up and comer. Him and Guida would make an interesting fight as the two are known for their styles.
