UFC Cuts 12 Fighters

The UFC has decided to trim the fat from their roster with 12 cuts that make sense.
At Light Heavyweight Hans Stringer won his debut by split decision but went on to lose his next two fights in a row by KO and TKO.
At Middleweight, veteran UFC fighter Dan Miller had his ups and downs trading wins with losses. Unfortunately, going 1-4 in his last five fights spelled the end of his carer. Also, Ildemar Alcantara jumped around weight classes and traded wins with losses but going 1-2 in his last three was not enough to continue. Lastly, Tom Watson also went 1-4 in his last five which lead to his cut.
At Welterweight, both Andrew Craig and Igor Araujo were cut. Craig’s goodwill from his knockout win over Rafael Natal and Chris Leben win were spoiled by three straight losses. Arroyo only went 2-2 with two straight losses to close out his UFC career.
At Lightweight, both Anthony Christodoulou and Yosdenis Cedeno have been cut. Christodoulou lost two straight since being singed being finished in both fights. Cedeno went 1-3 over his UFC career which means back to the regional circuit.
At Featherweight, Niklas Backstrom and Aaron Phillips have been cut from the promotion. Backstrom won big in his debut but then lost straight to end his Octagon career. Phillips’ UFC career was over a while ago but the promotion just announced the cut even if he has already fought for another promotion, and lost.
At Bantamweight, Cody Gibson and Royston Wee were cut. Gibson has not fought since February where he lost his third fight in four UFC bouts. Royston Wee actually had a 2-1 record but a missed weight attempt and a relatively green career spelled the end of his UFC career.
Finally, at Flyweight Darrell Montague has been cut. Once thought to be a top five at 125, Montague went winless in the UFC with losses to some of the top of the division and title challengers, but that was not the case.
