RFT, the team led by Márcio Cromado, will be following a busy schedule in the coming weeks. After achieving excellent results in recent wrestling competitions, the focus now turns to MMA, where several athletes already have appointments.
"We are working hard and with various commitments," Cromado explained to Portal do Vale Tudo. "Luciano Azevedo fights in May at Shine Fights, Leonardo Chocolate will fight for the WFE title, still have Junior Besouro ... Anyway, we're all very busy in the coming weeks."
Some of the latest news in the team is the presence of Beth Tavares, a fighter who trains at the academy and will be in action in the Xtreme MMA Championship, an event that happens in May 9th in Italy. She will face the Japanese fighter Tomomi.
"I had never trained women in MMA before, but now we are with this girl. She is originally from boxing, now is coming to kickboxing. Upon their arrival, we had this opportunity to make this fight in Italy in a great event to be held in Rome, "said Cromado. "Thank God we are training hard, including having a crowd from the South to train with us. The gang is working."
Cromado also celebrates the success of his subsidiary in England, led by his black belt Marcelo Brigadeiro.
"Things are going well. The people that are there are awesome and well learned luta livre, and they are very good at submission. Although the majority has been coming from Muay Thai, most wins are by submission in training. The work is great, "concluded the head of RFT.
