I grew up on watching old martial flicks with my Dad. Along with being introduced to ballet, tap and Kickboxing with Sensi Johnny Roads before I was 10 yrs. of age. Later on began studying Kenpo Karate with Grand Master Al Farnsworth. After several auto collisions with whiplash and mild scoliosis at 17 yrs; my Mom brought me to Yoga to help alleviate my body pains and correct my posture. I later started developing acute sciatica with many visits to chiropractors, accupunturists, Rolfers telling me Yoga is bad. At 22 yrs. of age I decided to dedicate myself to Yoga regardless of their advice. After 6 months of Yoga and Tai Chi at CCSN; I have been sciatica pain free and recorrected most of my posture. I started noticing other benefits besides muscular relief from practicing such as greater concentration, poise, and more self confidence. I felt good. I was on this quest to learn and learn more Yoga from every master possible; which also introduced me to other arts like Reiki, Qi Gong, Tae Kwon Do, many Yogas, meditation, chanting, and eventually into Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and boxing. To keep learning and dedicating myself brings life into my life.
